• Generated Content: The slides, text hooks, custom layouts, and photorealistic backdrops generated by our AI workflows.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and deliver the SlidesTok engine. This includes:

• Processing and generating social media slideshow configurations.
• Managing your subscription tier, billing status, and monthly credit balance.
• Providing customer support and fixing service disruptions or API timeouts.
• Analyzing global usage patterns to improve our prompt engines and graphic outputs.

3. Billing and Payment Safety

SlidesTok uses Dodo Payments as our secure merchant of record to process all subscription payments (Pro and Studio plans).

We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details, billing address, or payment credentials on our database servers. All transactions are securely handled directly by Dodo Payments in compliance with PCI-DSS guidelines.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We value your trust and do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share details only with verified service providers necessary to run SlidesTok, including:

• Convex Inc.: Our secure cloud database and serverless function provider.
• OpenRouter / LLM Providers: To execute app-to-script synthesis pipelines (no personal profile data is shared).
• Dodo Payments: For transaction processing and subscription webhooks.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We may also use basic anonymous analytical scripts to monitor visitor volume, landing page clicks, and check out statistics. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, but some parts of our Service may not function correctly.

6. Data Security and Retention

We implement industrial security standards, including SSL/TLS encryption for all client-to-server traffic. We retain your information as long as your account remains active. You may request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
