1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SlidesTok (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SlidesTok provides an AI-powered app-to-social slideshow engine that studies product URLs, drafts copy/angles, retrieves context photography, and renders high-converting slideshows optimized for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

3. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Billing

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using your Google profile. Billing and subscriptions (including Pro and Studio tiers) are processed securely via our merchant of record, Dodo Payments.

• Subscription credits are granted on a monthly basis depending on your plan tier (300 credits for Pro and 1,000 for Studio; Free accounts are granted 0 credits).
• Credits are reset upon renewal and do not roll over to the subsequent billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

The outputs generated by SlidesTok (slideshow images, scripts, and visual designs) are licensed to you for promotional and commercial distribution. You retain the rights to the promotional content created for your applications. The underlying software, database systems, designs, and logo of SlidesTok remain the exclusive property of SlidesTok and its operators.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that violates any laws, infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, contains harmful software, or constitutes hate speech, harassment, or abusive material.

6. Limitation of Liability

SlidesTok is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the slideshows will result in specific engagement, viral reach, or conversion metrics. Under no circumstances shall SlidesTok be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice on our website or contact you directly before any new terms take effect.
